The Mississippi Project is a 501(c)4 organization that focuses on creating an economic ecosystem within the state of Mississippi that funds, builds, and maintains Black generational wealth at the individual and industrial levels. We strive to affect and catalyze positive change.

It is a dream shared by many that Black and African Americans could find a safe place, away from discrimination—a sustainable plan for resilient living.

We created that plan—and it's not only possible, but actionable.

OUR MISSION
To create a self-generating, permanent economic ecosystem for Black and African Americans.
OUR VISION
To eliminate the effects of the institutions of slavery and systemic racism.
OUR OBJECTIVE
To create a stronghold of African-American and Black diaspora within the state of Mississippi by partnering with grassroots organizers, business executives, and high-level politicians and policymakers to raise our economic and legislative profile.
